“Clean room, friendly and helpful staff, very close to restaurants ”

“The hotel is very good value, well located near all the activities in the Gap. The staff are very helpful and friendly. It is also a very peaceful hotel, no rowdy behavior, It was a good choice. ”

“The rooms had basic items for the kitchen - a few additional items like cutting board, strainer, blender, paper towels would be great. Also let guests know that they need to bring dish clothes, dishsoap, handsoap, shampoo etc. It not a big issue but helps to prepare guests Biggest suggestion would be to have loungers and sun shades available on the beach as part of the resort amenity. This would definitely add to the visit experience”

“This was our second visit to Yellow Bird. The view is amazing and all the staff are very friendly and accommodating. The location is wonderful for the beaches and restaurants. We are hoping to return for a third visit! ”

“Clean room, beds were ok, linens could be upgraded, the fridge and stove are rusted, they need replacing. No hair conditioning in bathroom. Unbeatable viws and location, good restaurant, nice pools.”

“Staff were so friendly and helpful, sorting out car hire, and giving advice on places to visit and eat. They couldn’t do enough for us. The place was kept spotlessly clean. I loved the fact that we were able to borrow chairs and umbrellas to take to the beach. Although the hotel is just across the road from the beach not all rooms have a beach view. We had a lovely view of one of the swimming pools. Would definitely recommend Beach View”

“no airport shuttle but Lea arranged a taxi and negotiated a price did not look for a gym! Staff were excellent, from Lea at reception to the great waiters and support staff. Very friendly and helpful. Cab from port is very expensive, $20 US pp. Lea said we were overcharged but you have limited choice at port”
