“Staff was very good. The breakfast and bar service was above average. However, for 5 of my 7 day face cloth and beach towels which were supposed to be in the room was non existant. On my fifth day my A/C was dripping water and pots had to be strategically placed so water did not fall on the floor. A technician did come in to fix it and he was somewhat successful. It did continue to drip but a lot less. Also my outside electrical fan did not work. We did notice that other outdoor fans for other...

“The room was very spacious, it overlooked the beach, with a large patio. There is beach access, the beach is the hotels backyard. The kitchen had a large fridge, microwave, and a coffee maker. Plates and silverware was available, however; the utensils were not that clean. No complimentary teas, coffee, nor shampoos was available. Beach towels were provided and you had to pay for beach chairs. The staff was great and very helpful. The front desk was amazing from checkin to checkout.”
