"We had a wonderful stay at Kamana Hotel. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was awesome—special mention to the spicy bangus, which was a standout! The food overall was consistently good. "A staff member accessed our room in middle of night (after midnight) when we were sleeping. Used key card to open door without knocking, turned the lights on then off, then closed the door and left. I complained to front desk staff as that is unsafe for anyone to barge in like that. There was no extra security lock on their door. "
