“The staff was excellent and provided good recommendations. They even dropped us from hotel to Hamilton as a courtesy. The front desk gave free bus tickets for us to get around. Amazing service and staff. We will stay here again.”

“Our room included a mini fridge and microwave, which was convenient. I chose this property because Expedia indicated that breakfast was available for a fee; however, this was somewhat misleading. The “breakfast” option consists of the staff purchasing a simple selection on your behalf, and marking up the price for their time spent. It’s much more cost-effective to purchase these items yourself. On a positive note, the property is conveniently located near downtown Hamilton, as well as the ferry...

“Overally it was very nice hotel and restaurent for my business trip with reseanable price. Hotel staffs are very kind and ready to serve. Only one problem is service of maids. The checkout day, I left recharge cord and adapter in my room but could not find at all. It was surely taken by maid. Please reinforce education to maids not to steal customers' belonging.”

“The only negative I see is that the shower design which has 1 half glass panel, tends to not catch all the water that is trying to drain out of the shower stall. You will need lots of extra towels to lay down and dry up the water that tends to spill out in the bathroom floor. Staff is pretty much aware of this. Other than that we had an excellent stay and would come back!”

“AC only worked in one room. Pool was small without comfortable chairs. No reason to use it. Place was decent at best. You better have transportation if you are staying here.”
