“Excellent site with lots of things to do. The accomodation was clean and very airy. The location was ideal for us as it was near the end of Conningsbury runway which was one of main reasons for our visit. Nice bars, a little pricey, but a good choice of ale's and cocktails. No late partying which was good. Great location for all of the various visitor sites and airfield's. Good for getting to Lincoln also.”

“Had a really spacious and comfortable room. Couldn't fault it for the money, great value. Are dinner at the restaurant and it was good too. Easy check in and out with friendly staff.”

“I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. I booked 2 nights and I only stayed one. Firstly the staff had a little bit of an attitude whilst we were checking in which we didn’t mind anyways. But once we started making way to our room we started to sense urine smells on the stairs and hallways on the way to our room. On the floor of our room there was another room blasting music from the moment we got there until the next morning and kept on going non stop. The staff didn’t really seem to care...

“A very clean hotel the staff were extremely helpful, friendly couldn’t do enough for you. The continental breakfast was ample with plenty of choice. The food was also very good for evening meal. The front rooms could be noisy due to traffic. The hotel bar and restaurant is closed on Sunday night.”

“We booked a double room but were not told it was a disability access room. We were right next to the entry access door which banged open shut all night with other guests so hardly slept. Also the sink was small & far too low to use easily. The room decor & furniture was very low quality for such a beautiful building & the complementary tea etc & shampoo was very basic. This was not a cheap hotel & we were hoping for a beautiful room like the pictures but instead were left very disappointed.”

“When we arrived at the property we called to get the code for the door the gentleman was very polite , we then got into our room and it was spotless bedroom very spacious for 3 of us the shared kitchen was sparkling had everything you needed having your own fridge freezer in the bedroom was a nice touch. location was nice very quite beds was very comfy only thing I would say is the shower head could do with updating to fit the style of the room as the room was very up to date and stylish, I did...

“What an apartment! I was so worried about coming here! My husband was admitted to hospital while on holiday and this was the only affordable place I could find, I thought for the price it would be a dump but how shocked was I? It was amazing, so clean and so big. It is located right in the centre and surrounded by shops and cafes. We’ve had the best stay in the worst circumstances and I would 100% recommend! Me and my son felt safe due to the locked gate then locked outside door!”
