“Ocean view. Old unmaintained room. Grotty -like it has not been cleaned properly for years. Outdoor shower hot water intermittent, the rocks for shower wall were black and slimy. Small maintenance issues not attended to and now bigger issues, rotting timber in wet areas. The Pathways very uneven , not safe for older patrons- sever falls risk. “The staff were lovely and very helpful. But the room was very old and run down. The bed was so uncomfortable I kept walking in pain and woke up very sore and with back and neck pain. The pillows were so old they were unusable and flared my allergies. The beds and bedding should be replaced.”
