“The resort is well staffed. The staff members are kind and helpful. The drinks and food keeps coming. The multiple pools and lounge area forever changes the atmosphere throughout each day. The only thing missing is a gym. I love working out. However, I found a gym down the road. ”

“Pool was never cleaned”

“The hotel is located at the end of the street. There is 24 hr security watch for cars parked in front of hr the hotel. The staff is friendly and spoke English especially our bartender Sebastian. The AC worked and cooled us down a lot especially since the weather was hot and humid. ”

“Check-in it’s way too late, and check-out way too early how can a check-in at 4pm and a check-out at 10am be normal or even welcoming to guests? They crossed the line with those times, it didn’t make me feel welcome or respected and as if my money isn’t worth it, feels like they want you there the least amount of time possible. A positive thing about the club it’s the cleaning service, I was there for 2 nights only and the day after my check-in they cleaned the room and got us new clean towels,...

“The location was FANTASTIC. Right on the beach, felt safe and it was quiet. Our room was right in front of the pools which was super convenient and then we had a 30 second walk right to the beach. Everything from food, shopping, coffee and laundry were all within 5-10 minutes walking distance. A great hotel if you’re looking for a clean stay and convenient travel around Jaco Beach ”

The floor of our room seemed like it had rust/was permanently dirty. The room was not so clean, and we found hair in the duvet and pillows. Not just one, but quite some here and there in our bed.
