Great clean and the staff is amazing

Excellent hotel. Exceptionally polite staff. Highly recommend this hotel. An excellent value for money. We got more than our money's worth.

So. If you’re a western traveller heading to Chittagong you’re probably trying for work out to stay at the peninsula or the Radisson. The peninsula is like an older ritz-Carlton property, (yes the mattresses could do with an update, but a firm and okay). The rooms on the smaller side are on par with a New York or London hotel, but perfectly functional. The service and food are exceptional. It’s a nice 3* room with 5* service. (The Radisson is a 4* room with 3* service - I’ve stayed at both.) I’ll pick the peninsula every day.

Good place to stay but property needs updated too old

It was definitely very clean and nice,staff was very helpful ,always attentive to our need and comfort.The best part was the peaceful quite all around.breakfast buffet was good.The only negative thing about this place was the lunch and dinner option ,extremely overpriced ,limited choice.the food was not up to my expectation in such a beautiful place.Thank you

Very Good Environment in sea pearl .Very Good Services And Staff Behavior was very Friendly and Very Nice And professional. Staffs are Very Helpful To The Guests. Also Mr.Mustafa and Mr. Tawhid Service was very Good .Overall The trip Was Very Enjoyable, very fun and Exciting. ❤️

Peaceful & clean

The staff at Prime Park Hotel truly ‘went the extra mile’, arranging for boxed breakfast for our early ferry trip, arranging transport for us, checking schedules- and all this in a polite and efficient manner. Facilities snd amenities are also good value- an attractive reception area, charming cafe/ bistro on the 8 th floor and good buffet breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel!
