“Food was extremely expensive. 6 none alcoholic drinks 1 meal of chicken fingers, 1 meal of cheese sticks, and 1 Houka cost $100. Could not shower due to the lack of hot water, informed staff about water blockage in shower and no response. I would. It recommend the place for anyone who’s over 5’10” on the first floor and 3’ on the second floor. My daughter hit her head in the ceiling and had a concussion. We have to cut our trip short and return to the US. ”

“Very nice view and nice apartment. Elie was friendly and provided immediate help for check in. The apartment however was very dirty, dust was everywhere, we couldn't even walk on the floor without feeling all the dust everywhere and on surfaces. The beds were very uncomfortable and made noise every time we made a small move or sat on them. No ACs in the flat is an issue in the summer for sure. “The architecture was representative of old Lebanese mountain resort. The one differentiator was the delicious food and the amazing customer service, led by the hotel manager Fayez. It is a quiet place to unwind with the occasional sounds of children laughing and playing in the courtyard. The night was peaceful with sounds from the valley below of frogs. It was a magical experience for me.”
