“Comfortable and clean. Good location.”

“We recently celebrated our daughter's 4th birthday at Zoofari Lodge, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. The team truly went above and beyond to make her day extra special. “The cupboard in which the refrigerator is located is not ventilated and therefore water is dripping within the cupboard and has rotted the shelving and the door will not close. It created a safety hazard when walking past, especially at night in the dark!! The same issue was also in the bathroom cupboards (water penetrating the timber). We were disrupted by the people next door partying all night until 4am.”

“Room was extremely outdated, shower drain started to over flow. Bed was warned and uncomfortable. Unfortunately the room had dirt and flies everywhere with no cleanup in the stairwell as beer bottles and ashtray full of water and cigarettes butts we’re left there.”

“We stayed here for two nights on a Brisbane to Melbourne trip. The staff were amazing and even able to accommodate us for an extra night when we had car troubles. Nice and close to the zoo, and far enough away from civilisation.”

“Really helpful manager. Room is very basic and not very inviting. However, it was Clean, good shower, good bed. Good air con. Close to town. Good price”

“After having driven over 900 kms to checkin at the Across Motel, my Amex was declined although I was told it’s accepted which annoyed me. On checking into the room, all I wanted was a shower, but at best it could only be described as a dribble and very unsatisfying. The traffic noise was atrocious and I barely slept. I checked out at 3am, couldn’t sleep, mainly because of the noise and security light that flooded the room. Very underwhelming experience.”

“Having stayed here previously, the motel is of a very good standard for a medium sized western town. There was only one minor issue. The Staff were all excellent offering advice on where to eat, the air conditioning worked well and there was ample parking”
