“The breakfast was good and hot. Didn't use the hot tub. Room very nice and clean. We were there 4 nights and only received clean towels, didn't empty trash or anything else. ”

“We stayed in room 223. The room needs a new mattress. It was squeaky, thin and very difficult to stay asleep since every time we moved it squeaked. The phone had no dial tone. The room smells like pets. The ice machine on the second floor was out of service.”

“We....my dog and I..... could not have stayed in a nicer place. We only stayed one night passing through on our way to Florida but the room was very clean, good TV, plenty of room and quiet, easy parking, easy to get to and easy to get back on 95......staff was very nice and helpful. I would recommend it to anyone and would gladly stay there again without hesitation.”

“When we arrived to check in, we were informed that “the systems were down” and they had given our room to someone else. There were multiple families that had the same issue we did. Management was nowhere to be found and they had left what appeared to be someone that might have barely been 18 years old and with zero authority to help anyone to deal with a bunch of angry customers. Ultimately, we were forced to book another room about 30 minutes away in a different town. The experience was...

“The hotel should be close down Drug activities outside the hotel and very dangerous at night”

“River & Twine Tiny home was a great place to stay for the evening. The Mills house several restaurants a coffee shop and several breweries. We love biking and the trails near the Tar River were so nice There was an asphalt and boardwalk type. Great stop all around and enjoy the waterfallls.”

“The ac was properly working in my room. I requested another room that was just what I hoped for whenever staying at a hotel after hard few days of driving a truck across this country.”

“A coffee machine was available in the lobby. I left at 3am to beat traffic in Washington DC. It was exceptionally convenient that the staff directed me to the machine to fill my travel carafe the night before. Clean, comfortable. Fridge was available and turned on in order to recharge cooler ice packs and store food. I put a chair to block the direct airflow from the air conditioning unit. Best snowbird stay yet (Florida to New England).”

“Very tired hotel that needs an update. Shabby halls, ceilings under repair, broken bathroom door, and a spartan breakfast. Lots of noise as staff moved about during breakfast too. The beds were comfortable though, but that’s about it on the plus side.”
