“전반적으로 괜찮은 호텔입니다. 호텔이 크다보니 안전에 많이 신경쓰는 것 같습니다. 택시를 타고 호텔안까지 들어올수는 있는데 택시를 호텔안으로 call 하는 것은 허용되지 않습니다. 안전하지만 짐이 많은 경우 체크아웃후 조금 불편함이 있습니다. 이부분의 개선이 필요할 것 같습니다. 호텔주위 전망이 좋고 객실상태나 직원들의 친절도 모든게 만족스럽습니다. 와이파이상태도 좋은 편입니다.”

“Everybody working in the hotel is very nice firendly and hulpful Food variation each day at lunch and dunner . Around the pool people put towels on the beds for alll their stay. Hôtel shouldnt give the opportunity ti do it . You can also ask to put beds on the beach which we preferred. Animation each evening is ok. We enjoyed our stay at sunset beach .hotel.”

“Trips, their cars 4-wheel were very old and packed with people. For example on safari they packed 18 people in car. From other places, as I seen it in the parking lot, they all have smaller cars, 4 or 6 people.”

“Officially the Kairaba is still rated as a 5* hotel, the only one as far as we know in Gambia. And this is still visible with respect to the quality of the room furniture and the installation and the way the staff deals with wishes (addressed at the reception) or problems (e.g. a problem with water leakage in the toilet got immediately fixed by an experienced craftsmen after we told the room service about it and she had called her colleague).
