"It was our last night in Seoul and I chose this hotel because it had an airport shuttle. We arrived hungry in the evening and they only have a buffet which was ok.
We were given a shuttle schedule so the next am we waited in the lobby for said shuttle. It arrived on time and we boarded. It stopped at terminal 2 and somehow the driver realized there were people on the bus that needed terminal 1 (us and another couple). They told us they only go to terminal 2 and we have to get off and find our way, maybe by airport shuttle, to terminal 1. That was extremely annoying and inconvenient b/c at no time did the driver mention this bus was only for terminal 2. Now we had to wait for, and get on a tiny bus, which was completely full, standing room only, for 20 mins.
They need to communicate better that there are 2 buses and the driver should confirm to which terminal the passengers are going."
