Thanks to Delphine, Rose and all other staff member for making my stay so amazing. I recommend this place and will not hesitate to stay at Tropical Plaza Apartment once in Kigali.”

For example, the cooking exhaust vent was not connected to the outside, the shower stall had a curtain, so water spilled onto the floor, towels had to be requested every day, and the breakfast at the restaurant was far worse compared to other places. The restaurant was the worst part”

“Clean spaces with polite staff from the gate to the reception, housekeeping and the kitchen. The food is delicious, including the free breakfast; the only thing is the long preparation time of your order from their menu. You will be told that it would only take 40 minutes, but in reality it's more than an hour. Even ordered food at night, it came after one hour and a half. I tried to cancel earlier but the female staff beg me not to do it because the property will charge her of the food price....
