“Staff are always friendly and accommodating, the Payson Inn and Suites is an excellent budget option in the Payson area.”

“Rooms were clean and beds are very comfortable. Staff friendly. I have a gluten allergy so not much breakfast options besides egg and sausage. Would stay again. Great price. ”

“Friendly and welcoming staff. Room was clean, nice size refrigerator, had microwave. Felt secure as I was able to park my car right in front of my room. They have security gates with an access code for entry. Serve hot breakfast! ”

“Staff was friendly and courteous. Hallway carpet looked worn and dirty. Side doors were often not locked. Breakfast was the same every morning. Was nice to have tea and water available in the lobby at all times. Pool and hot tub was nice. ”

“Mark checked us in and gladly gave us the room we requested. Everything was super clean, staff were friendly and restaurant had good food and beer we like. We had the rib eye, brisket, some ipas and a pizza to go. We stay here every trip to Payson area. ”

“Way too expensive for what you get. Over $150. Globe is an unusual hotel market. Most of the guests are on expense accounts, so the hotels can raise the prices high. Also, not a lot of competition. The room was, at best satisfactory. The bathroom had open screw holes in the wall and the bathtub was stained. The room smelled like cleaning chemicals. The TV line-up was mostly informercials. The towels were plush and soft. The bed was comfortable.”

“Was horrible!!! I paid for 2 beds and got charged for the fourth person which is a 10 year old girl. Why pay for 2 beds if only 1 person can sleep on one? Rooms need update and maybe a inspection. Cheap price but not going to be back rude staff. Just walked in to room and didnt knock. I think i over reacted but my daughter and her babygirl were alone in room. Co.e on now common courtesy is to knock and make sure they're out not just barge in? But yeah they loat my business ”

“The doorknob in the bathroom fell off when I closed the door, and I was locked inside for more than an hour. I was screaming and banging for help. I tried to escape but couldn't. I had scratches on my hand from trying to get out. Eventually, the front desk came to investigate the noise, and they called the police. The police had to kick in my room door and kick in the bathroom door to free me. No one called me the next day to see if I was okay, and I asked to speak with the manager about the...

“You know the old saying you get what you pay for. This was the cheapest place in town and it was obvious. The toilet was filthy, the whole place smelled like cigarette smoke. We only got one hand towel, two washcloths that were dirty, and two towels that were too small to be called body towels.There was gum, stuck on the carpet in two places. The refrigerator and microwave had been unplugged so the refrigerator didn’t get cold enough during our stay to even put our cold drinks in there. And...
