“I checked into my room I was given a room on the second floor. The first room they gave me had dirty sheets. I called and asked for a new set of sheets. The girl was very nice and tried her best. She moved me downstairs and brought me to a room that had a horrible mold smell. Then she brought me to another room that was worse. It was late so I stayed in the second room because at least the sheets were clean. I had two nights booked, and could not stay a second night. I woke up in the morning...

“If you don’t mind constant highway noise and a couple of train whistles in the middle of the night, the room was fine. Shower could have been cleaned better- hair and soap residue. Shower door would not stay closed. But bed was comfortable and staff was pleasant. I tried to request a room not facing the highway but…didn’t work out.”

“We left! Drove 3 hours home! Place is disgusting! You really should update the photos. I lost $250”

“The house was beautiful, John was very friendly and helpful - he worked with us to make a change in our schedule at the last minute, much appreciated. Our room was very comfortable. We plan to return.”

“Our second stay here as the owners are amazing. We hope they continue to win awards for a wonderful B&B! Keep up the great work Martijn & Eveline. They deserve a vacation from all the hard work they put into making this the best B&B. The delicious breakfast with homemade bread, farm to table eggs, the" Dutch touch "as they call it is beautiful! The rooms are comfortable, well appointed & very clean!”
