“We stayed two non-consecutive nights. One on our way to our destination and the next on our return trip. On 5/28/26 we stopped on our drive to Florida. We were surprised with the room, it was very clean, quiet, and the A/C worked fine to remove the humidity which during this time was more important than cooling the room. The main building with reception and dining (breakfast) area was also very nice. The grounds are well maintained and the parking lot has a fence. I felt secure taking my dog out...

“I depend on these reviews when I choose hotels or restaurants. For that reason I would want others to know the following. The hotel location is fantastic. This was the second time we stayed there. The rooms however are poorly maintained. The floors were dirty. The towels weren’t clean. The toilet wasn’t cleaned. I killed two roaches and saw two others. Until they get their house keeping in order I would strongly recommend finding cleaner accommodations.”

“Easy check in. Good location. Clean room and pool area. The courtesy kitchen was great and stocked up.”

“Locations was great, everything was clean but it IS brand new. The shower head was not ideal. Would stay again Could use a curtain on the door and shadows are very noticeable and bathroom exit is right by the front door”

“This is a no freels, utilitarian property. It’s older and the outside is dated and could use some care. But, the room itself was updated and clean. Bed was comfortable and sheets appeared to be clean and the room smelled fresh. The AC was very loud but it kept the room comfortable in the South Mississippi heat. There are not many amenities, but there are not many options in Bay St. Louis.”

“This was a spur of the moment decision to get this hotel as it was right off the highway. They had really good prices so we were a little worried it would be a dump. It ended up being even better than the hotel we stayed at for our vacation! It was clean, the room was big and clean and cool. We missed the breakfast so I have no comment on that but everything else was great!”

“The way they have this listed is like you ate getting the house but actually they put you in a cottage, which was nice and clean just a little confusing otherwise everything was great.”

“I was super disappointed. If you’re booking based off photos, do NOT book here. The hotel is nothing like what is photographed and was disgusting. There was mold on the shower curtains, our door barely shut, and I felt extremely uncomfortable/unsafe. I’m pretty sure this room was the “go to” room for guests staying here. It was very rundown.”

“Very good location, near beach and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”

“The hotel was dated but clean and quiet and reasonably priced. A good selection of fast food restaurants and Walmart nearby. Staff was always courteous and helpful. The only issue we weren't happy with was the bed. It was very, very hard and we both were in pain during the nights and stiff and sore each morning. Overall, a good deal for the money. The bed was our only negative experience.”

“There was no WiFi. There wasn’t a coffee maker or cups. When checking out, the woman behind the glass said that the Health Department instructed them to remove cups and coffee makers and irons. I didn’t understand this. I could not get into the lobby: it was locked. I had to do everything through a teller-like window. This made me think that this was not a safe place. I expected much better from a Wyndham-sponsored hotel and was very disappointed. The beds were clean. The woman was nice.”

“Far from great but not the worst.... inexpensive.... i guess you get what you pay for.... it was quiet, peaceful, shower was great.... they must have recently sprayed for bugs bc dead bugs all over the floor. Can't say i would recommend to anyone.... but my 19yo son and myself laughed about it and said it was absolutely cleaner than camping and we just needed somewhere to rest and shower..... not a vacation.”
