"The bedsheets and mattress were wet and some moist smell was coming. One half of the bathroom sliding door was broken. The beds are very small for twin beds’ size. There was no proper process/queue for check-in. It was not managed properly and anyone was coming in between and was checking in. The hotel seems to be overcrowded. The beach was not accessible. There were stones and fisherman boats were there which made the water smell oily and bad. The only good thing in hotel was swimming pool and...

"A bit late but we had a great stay. Highlight was Kumara the yoga teacher who adjusted the level as i was the only one that turned up. Guys around the resturant pool were good. And the office lady who helped me off site when she was walking hone and i had an issue."

"I arrived at the Lanka Princess Hotel to find no one able to resolve my booking issue. I spent over 4–5 hours trying to contact both the hotel and Expedia live chat, which eventually froze with “Got it, let’s help with your request.” No solution was offered, and I was left stranded after a full day wasted. I had to move to The Palms Resort nearby and pay extra for an all-inclusive stay just to have accommodation that night. I’m requesting a full refund for the Lanka Princess booking and...

"Staffs were really friendly and so helpful. Room is very clean and there was daily housekeeping. Soap and shampoo and towel was available Breakfast buffet was amazing😋 There was 2 swimming pool near the beach And finally the great view from the room. This hotel is close to bentota railway station but sometimes no stop there. Totally that was perfect experience "
