“Never got house keeping to clean my room for three nights. Waited 10 minutes for someone at the restaurant to seat us. Ended up leaving to eat somewhere else.”

“I am extremely disappointed in the state of our room when we paid $360 for one night. As we entered the room we were immediately hit with the smell of wet dog. We were pet free. Then my husband takes his shoes off and his socks are covered with dog hair from the carpet. To top it off, the AC did not work and there was mold covering the ceiling in the shower. Extremely disappointed for what we paid.”

“Customer service was amazing, but my room floor was gross and needed to be cleaned and there was an odd smell when I came i. the pool and the hot tub are not available any of the nights that I was there which were three nights which is one of the main reasons I decided to try this hotel”

“We stayed here with the intent to ride the Hiawatha trail. It was a rainy day when we went on the ride so we got extra muddy. When we got back to the hotel we were able to rinse the bikes and were provided towels to wipe them down. We were able to take our bikes to our room as well which was a bonus since we didn't want to leave them on the back of the car.”
