“The first room I was given was full of roaches and really disgusting with peeling paint and blood on the ceiling. The second room was a little bit better but still had paint peeling and was not the cleanest. I will never stay here again, nor will any of my family and friends.”

“We stay there for our son graduation at parris island the drive is not bad the place was clean staff was very friendly. As a suggestion since many of us stay there for Marine corps graduation and it will be nice to change the breakfast schedule from 5 to 9am on Thursdays family day.”

The not smoking policies should be heavily reinforced because people will smoke in their room and near the pool while kids were outside. “They cancelled the reservation and would not tell me why. I wrote to the Hotel asking why they cancelled and they directed me to call them. When I DID call the number they gave me, to ask why they cancelled, a man demeaned and belittled my concern and told me to take it up with the third party company I booked with to tell me why the HOTEL itself cancelled my reservation. “Worst stay at this property ever. My booked room was not honored; did not get a room until half an hour later; malfunctioned TV, microwave, and poor internet signal were deadly. But a hot water bath, a comfortable bed, and quiet air conditioning gave me a very comfortable long sleep such that I had plenty of energy to continue my trip next day.”

“I came to my room, a roach was on its back trying to get out. A died fly on the sink area. The towels were dingy. No phone in room. Toilet handle was broken! Good thing it was a overnight visit by way of Myrtle Beach. Good thing slept peacefully 😌”
