"We reserved 2 room that were supposed to be next to each other and they were on diff sides of the hotel one room was infested with roaches and the other had food everywhere and there were people sinking and smoking weed all around hotel."

"Check-in itself was quick and straightforward, but the staff weren’t particularly friendly or welcoming — not rude, just not warm. The room was hot when we walked in, which made it feel like it hadn’t been properly prepped for our arrival. On the plus side, the A/C was powerful and cooled the room down fast. Unfortunately, cleanliness was the bigger issue. The linens didn’t feel clean, and the bathroom had noticeable substances on the door and walls that should have been caught before...
