“Sehr neues Hotel, top Lage am Shopping Centre”

“Personal könnte freundlicher sein”

“We are regular guests at this hotel. The pool, the breakfast and the size of the rooms are excellent. This time, the hotel seemed a little less generous than usual. For example, they used to give all guests free water bottles in the fridge and another one on departure. The breakfast was good, but lacking certain basics (e.g. butter), The best feature are the free-to-use indoor and outdoor pools: excellent temperature indoors, very clean outdoors. That's the reason why we keep coming back.”

“Location and views superb. Breakfast excellent. Disappointed that the pool and pool area were closed. Missed tea and coffee making facilities in the room.”

“Very comfortable hotel, great staff, great breakfast.”

“Hors saison, un véritable havre de paix. Piscine agréable et calme. Personnel serviable et sympathique.”

“The staff were friendly and the room was kept very well, however I was suprised that there was no hot water for the last two days of our stay. When the lack of hot water was mentioned the first day, I was told is was not just me, it was the whole hotel, but my concerns were not addressed or taken seriously, plus I felt I was just been brushed off with 'its not just you, the whole hotel has no hot water', so it didn't really matter! Day two without hot water was our last day and we had to pay...

“Despite warm weather pool was closed and no sun beds”
