“I have stayed here before and I normally have no complaints. I had some issues this last stay and I think its because they took on too much at one time and did not hire enough staff for the weekend. It was UL's homecoming and the team stayed at the hotel and had special events, there was a Louisiana school board conference hoing on and I was there for a church women's conference as well. Housekeeping did not pay attention to detail as they I'm sure normally would. Employees were handling food...

“Overall a good property. The staff were friendly and helpful. I really liked the fact that airport transportation was available. There was a damp smell in the fitness room that should be addressed. Breakfast was decent and the room remained cool due to the air conditioning.”

“Me and my friend stayed over there. The room was clean, the beds were soft, and the staff were extremely helpful. Especially Aniya!! She was extremely helpful and so nice to talk to. Definitely will go back again”

“Very good for free dinner on Mon to Wed. ”

“The food was very good and having evening snacks is great!”

“When we arrived the front desk lady (I forgot her name) greeted us and was very friendly. Our stay was great! Pool was warm and we had fun. My only complaint was housekeeping coming in the room at 10 while we were still sleeping and checkout isn’t until 12. Other than that it was nice and affordable!”

“The staff were very unfriendly and definitely did not enjoy.”
