“I returned to this hotel for a second time after two days. The receptionist still recognised me and assigned the same room that I stayed in my first stay. The room was still spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was decent. Wifi reception was good. Downside was a little bit far from city centre and the shops. Also was the wall not very soundproof. Could easily hear the noise from next door.”

“Great property within walking distance of the downtown area, parks and the train station (all within 15-20 minutes). Really good internet too.”

“For international travelers wanting a comfortable, friendly hotel near UN buildings and a 10-minute walk to central business district, the Hotel Codru is very nice. I hear it has been bought by a bank and may not exist much longer, though. That will be a pity. A receptionist made taxi reservations and reservation at Cricova winery, which was nice to have done for me.”

“We came to Chişinău and didn’t really know what to expect. What a fantastic city! We stayed at the Edem Hotel as it was fairly centrally located, not too far from the zoo and also within walking distance to main roads and a number of shopping centres. We were made to feel incredibly welcome and the colleagues at the hotel were so friendly. I would absolutely recommend anyone to stay here and we will definitely stay here again! ”
