“We were in two different rooms over the course of our stay here, rooms 7th floor and 5th floor. Our stay in 7th floor was excellent, but we had a completely horrific experience on the 5th floor, mainly due to poor housekeeping. When we walked into the bathroom for the first time, there was a q-tip from the previous guest lying on the floor. The entire area around the bed was coated in dust, and we couldn't tell whether the carpet had been vacuumed or not. Moreover, the housekeeper was chatting...

“The bed was supra interesting and by that I mean it was so relaxing! The breakfast was interesting too, they had something different both days I stayed there. When I checked in they were nice and friendly. When I made coffee my coffee maker was broke and they fixed it right away. The room was clean and the pool was so great it was worth it and more. Thank you to the hotel. I am so happy I took an adventure out.”

“Very friendly and helpful staff. Decent breakfast food selection with both cold and warm options as well as healthy options. Some minor inconveniences such as ice machine being out of ice one morning but was told where to find another one and was an easily fixed problem. Lobby and common areas were clean. We noticed in our bathroom some of the nooks and crannies that hadn't been cleaned in a while but we were not grossed out and took into consideration the possibility of short staffing. Overall,...
