We had some problems before arrival that the hotel has doublebooked - so we did not get the room as initially booked... but the hotel was very good in communicating this, found a good solution and was "up front" on this all the way through (mistake happens - but they took responsibility, communicated and dealt with this in a super way). Rooms are good and big - not the most modern - but super...

“The balcony view was the star of the show over the Lake, town and harbour. Location perfect for sightseeing and town shops and restaurants and a back for a pitstop/ recharge. Bed was a little soft but I prefer firm by choice. Sound of bar music at night from the main street was loud until 1am and did disturb me, but this was not the responsibility of the apartment. ”
