“Located off a busy road so in and out was not fun, swing set not safe for children as it’s not bolted in place so will tip when kid swings, floor in cabin 11 wasn’t flat, made it difficult for my mom to get her balance,”

“Beautiful historic hotel! The property is amazing; gardens, plenty of spots to lounge indoor and outdoor, museum on site that is full of the hotel's history, love the artwork throughout the hotel public spaces by one of the owners. Our room was cozy and had everything that we needed. Also, had reserved patio furniture just for us.”

“The hotel was being renovated. One whole side had dirty mattresses in front of the rooms and clean ones on the ground. We arrived at a few minutes before 5 and were greeted with a sign that the check in person was currently unavailable. We waited almost 10 minutes before she showed up. There was a pool but it was not vacuumed. The room had a laminated floor instead of carpet. It was clean but the cabinet door wouldn’t close because the refrigerator was too big for it. “Staff was very friendly and the room was clean though the bathroom seemed a little dated.”

“I was disappointed in the lack of an elevator. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The sink did not drain at all and I couldn’t call the desk because the phone didn’t work. We were quickly moved to another room. One of the beds was clearly soiled in about 24” area. Desk attendant was courteous and provided fresh linens. Good for the price and things happen. The biggest town there was no elevator other than that I would stay here again.”

“We were very impressed on how immaculate the property was; the spaciness of the rooms, and the comfort of the furniture. We loved having the miniature golf course so easily able to get to at all hours. The only negative for us was the inability to connect to our T-Mobile Carrier.”

“The location of the property was conveniently located from downtown Winslow. However, the room seriously needed renovating. There was black stains on the bath tub, on the back of the front door, and on the ceiling in the bathroom, wasn’t sure if that was mold. For the price that was charged, I expected a better quality too that showed that care was taken in ensuring the room was cosmetically appealing. I can’t recommend this place to stay unfortunately.
