“We overall were satisfied with our stay at the hotel. The process of checking-in and out was simple and quick. We got the superior double room, which itself was mediocre, but clean, no bed bugs in sight. We specifically liked that they had free parking, and they provided free beverages and popcorn in the lobby. “The room I stayed in 418 the tv wouldn’t work for regular tv I had tv problems very outdated system outdated. Rooms clean but outdated I will never. Come back also the manager is very rude and unhelpfull I complained about the outdated bathroom and shower and tv and his response was the hotel hasn’t. Been updated in a while ok so why am I paying 200 a night for an outdated room and was very against helping me in any way”

“La que atiende en la entrada un muy mal servicio me dió un cuarto que no abia rentado con una sola cama cuando abia rentado con 2 camas ,y la puerta del cuarto se abría sola con facilidad y cuando fui a desire se molestó en lugar de ayudarme muy mal servicio”
