“Great place for a relaxing getaway, away from the hustle and bustle of city life - this is a real working farm and we enjoyed seeing horses, cows and lambs! I'd booked a wheelchair-accessible room and we actually received an entire suite with very easy access and gorgeous views. The proprietors even brought us breakfast right to our room and were extremely helpful and hospitable. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! ”

“The building was magnificent, every room was so grand. We were on the top floor so that was extremely tiring but very wide stairs so that helped. Breakfast was superb. My only criticism was the soap dispensers weren't great. Luckily, we had our own soap so there was no need for us to go up and down those stairs! I must say though, my daughter (obviously, far younger) was fine with the top floor.”

“This was a nostalgia trip for me, several decades after the last visit. Of course it has changed. Reception staff were great as they were busy when I arrived, explaining bar/dining options and the leisure spa. Our room was spacious and luxurious, the bathroom also roomy (although you couldn't reach the toilet roll holder from the toilet!) We used the swimming pool, the spa has great facilities.
