The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating - from showing me on Google maps which ATM/bankomat to use without fees, to allowing me to check out later (which enabled me to work for a few hours longer before moving to another country). “Das Hotel ist sehr schön, gut erreichbar direkt an der Autobahn gelegen. Allerdings ist der Großteil der Zimmer nur über mehrere Stufen erreichbar, da sich der Aufzug in einem Zwischengeschoß befindet. Ebenso ist der Speisesaal auch nur über Treppen erreichbar. Für jemanden mit Knieproblemen stellt dies ein fast unüberwindbares Hindernis dar. Schade ist nur, dass ich bei der Reservierung um ein Zimmer mit Aufzug erreichbar bzw. im Paterre gebeten habe und mir dies vom Hotel zugesagt wurde. Das...
