"1st, safe did not work in the room, which was important to us as wanted to leave passports in safe place whilst travelling around Holland. Reception just said it's broken and no one to deal with it, sorry!!! 2nd, unable to book seats for dinner in the hotel we were booked into due to large booking of 40!!! on both nights we were staying. We had to go out to eat Lastly the noise in the hotel due to a large group booking, taking part in a footbalm tournament. Kids running in and out of bar area...
