“After driving 5hours from Richmond we get to the hotel and they can't check anyone in due to no hot water or AC. It would have been helpful if they had notified there guess prior to arriving . It was two hours before our event and All the other hotels was booked solid . And the staff was joking and laughing and where no help ...WORST EXPERIENCE EVER .”

“We were originally booked into a downtown hotel for our very first visit to asheville. After some research, we decided we wanted to stay in a neighborhood and this was the perfect choice. Plenty of parking, perfectly located, and the unit was far more spacious than we needed for 5 nights. This was well thought out and we couldn't think of one thing they should have done better. Ice cold AC. Extra comfy bed,, ROKU. Coffee in room.”
