Anyways, check-in staff were lethargic with zero smiles or welcoming nature (someone needs to remind them that they work in hospitality). This is an old-school type homely resort with so much to offer. Great location. Great activities. Amazing heated pools - especially at this time of year! Excellent for families - would most definitely return. ”

“Un grand lodge 5 étoiles et plus où safari rime avec luxe et raffinement. Un plaisir des sens du point de vue du visuel, de la gastronomie et du confort du lodge que nous avons réservé. Tout le personnel est d'un professionnalisme absolu que ce soit en salle, en cuisine ou bien lors des safaris. La question n'est pas de savoir si nous reviendrons mais plutôt quand nous reviendrons au plus vite.”
