“It was hard to believe our room was cleaned at all since our 3 year old granddaughter found a pair of dirty women's undies under the desk that were not ours. I took them to the front desk but the teenager working did not seem to care at all!”

“The first morning we went for breakfast at 8:30 since it closed at 9:30. So thinking that 1 hour there would still be plenty of food left but there wasn’t.
