One issue - we reached out 3 separate times in advance of our stay as we had a few questions and while we were able to reach on 2 occasions a live agent and on the third time left a vm message, no one returned our calls. The live voice agent was not able to answer our questions and despite saying she would have someone call us back, no one did.”

The room we were checked in had many issues related with cleanliness. We photographed and documented it. Staff is very cold and unfriendly. Room alternative which was offered was falsely documented as us the guest making a room a change request.
