"Excellent place to stay in a city. The room was spacious and clean. The AC made the heat of the day seem like a half forgotten memory. "The service was exceptional, they were proactive in reaching out before we stayed there and allowed us to keep our bags there for a couple of days while we went trekking in Sa Pa. We returned to the hotel after our trek and they upgraded us to a super nice family room in the newly renovated wing. Overall very impressed by the great service."

"Hotel was lovely and the facilities were great, the staff were extremely helpful sorting Sims and taxis etc. within easy walking distance of the train street and old quarter and equally as easy to access the museums and other attractions. The restaurant is good but more expensive than you would generally pay in Hanoi and the sky bar make nice cocktails and have nice beer on tap. All around great experience. "
