“Staff was great. Had an issue with finding our reservation through Expedia, even with our confirmation number in hand, we still had to contact Expedia to resolve the issue. This issue took more of our valuable time and caused us to be delayed to our next destination. Not the Hotel's fault, they were great, the problem was on Expedia's end.”

“Fine, basic hotel in the small town of Guernsey. Not quite as nice as a Hampton Inn but much nicer than a Motel 6. Fridge and microwave in room. Comfortable bed and clean. Only one chair (we had a room with two queen beds), so if two people, one sits on the bed. Not many restaurants around the small town, so we had a few snacks/ sandwiches in the room from the local grocery store. We had trouble with the TV but just used our iPads. “Stayed for a last minute layover on my drive and the bed was amazingly comfortable and the linens smelled lovely. This is a relatively new family-owned establishment and the owner met me there to ensure my check in went smoothly and provided excellent service and some extra in-room snacks. The personal service was appreciated and the room was comfy and cozy. I’m looking forward to a intentional planned trip in the future!”
