“Poor check- in system and communication.”

“Worst Hotel Experience Ever! Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. The service was awful, the employees were rude and unprofessional, and the amenities were dirty and poorly maintained. To make matters worse, the elevators were incredibly slow. The overall lack of cleanliness, customer service, and basic hospitality was unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely never stay here again!”

“Ok for this money”
