This is my second stay at this gem of a hotel. It is ridiculous how much I love it. The rooms are spacious and thoughtfully laid out. A better shower you will not find in all of Europe (great water pressure, beautiful fixtures, instantaneous hot water). The staff are friendly and efficient. It is located in the city center and if you are a runner, you are less than a third of a mile from a fabulous (mostly flat) river trail that goes miles in either direction. I stay here when visiting...

The desk staff and concierge were wonderful: helpful, prompt and friendly. The rooms were beautiful, and the breakfasts offered a huge and delicious variety of cereals, breads, eggs, meats, cheeses, juices, coffees, teas, and more.

Everything is spectacular, stuff, room, breakfast, location

Fantastic host who helped us store our luggage due to early arrival. The rooms had a great view of the palace gardens.

Clean, modern, large rooms, free garage parking, 100 meters from a tram station providing quick and easy access to center city Heidelberg.

This was the first hotel on a 2 week trip with 9 other friends. Only one other hotel compared with the great quality. The front staff was great, rooms large, solid breakfast, good bar, easy parking, and lots of eating choices within a medium walk /short drive. While this was a pass through location, we will stay here again if we stay in the Heidelberg area.

Outstanding hotel in all respects. We would definitely stay here again!

Staff is very helpful and attentive. Rooms are immaculate. Restaurant has the best gnocchi I've ever tasted.

It was an amazing stay. Our room was lovely, the breakfast was wonderful and we felt very cared for. We are already thinking about when we can go back.

Very clean, the staff were very helpful and breakfasts were very good. The restaurant had a large variety of local foods and service was excellent. Plenty of free parking and location was easy to get in and out of.

Very cozy hotel and nice staff. It is

Book It - you won’t regret the stay! Beautiful property and amazing friendly staff

the room was great. Extremely clean. Loved that both parking and breakfast were free. the breakfast was amazing. best free hotel breakfast I've ever had. I was stunned when I walked into the breakfast area. white linen table cloths. silverware etc. Food selection was outstanding, eggs, bacon, fresh fruit, bread. I would love to visit and stay there again.

I chose this location because I had a rental car and could stay at a less crowded location and still be in a central area to go to all the attractions I wished. The room was very comfortable, Wi-Fi worked well, 2 supermarkets were within walking distance and with a kitchenette the option of making my own meals was available. The staff was friendly and the breakfast very very good. The only problem I encountered was not having anybody there to check me in until after 4:00 pm. There was a message...
