On the way to the Bach Long glass bridge, we overnight at Glenda Tower hotel. We are very happy with our choice of hotel: staff are very helpful, welcoming and friendly. We forgot a pair of shoes in the taxicab and the kind bell boy (Tưởng?) did not hesitate to hop into his motorbike to catch up with the taxi driver to retrieve our shoes. What an extraordinary act of kindness that we will not forget. The room is clean, our twin beds are comfortable. We also enjoyed the indoor swimming pool...

We stayed at the Le Champ resort for 3 nights in the end of October and were absolutely enchanted by every aspect of this beautiful destination. As senior travelers first time in Vietnam, we naturally were concerned with many things: how are we going to reach this off the bitten track resort, how to get back to Hanoi without car and so on, as we were looking for comfort, tranquility, and authentic experiences—and Le Champ delivered!
From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us with warmth...

The Staff was great, especially the lady who worked at the restaurant and the front desk. I think Bing was her name. The pool was cold but maybe they don't have enough power to heat the pool.

Wonderful staff, idyllic environment. The complimentary breakfast is certainly nothing special, but it’s nice that it’s available. I quite enjoyed my dinner, and the setting is spectacular.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Getting to the hotel was easy thanks to their complimentary shuttle service, which runs about every 30 minutes and doesn’t require a reservation. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was outstanding with a great variety of delicious options. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
