“도심 접근성은 매우 좋다. 오페라하우스에서 보인다. 약 150m 거리. 짧은 숙박이라면 추천. 장기 숙박은 좀 생각해야 한다. 샤워에 필요한 뜨거운 물은 전기온수기를 통하여 나온다. 호텔에서 노출된 전기온수기는 처음 경험했다. 차가운 물 샤워기가 막혔는지 샴푸 후에 한참을 씻어냈다. 그렇다고 실망하지는 않았다. 중앙아시아 3성급 호텔은 거의 유사하기 때문이다. 나는 크게 기대하지 않았으며, 요금 대비 만족했다. ”

“Terrible housekeeping. Extremely dirty at shared dorm. People are disgusting. Stinky blanket and flat pillow. You can feel the bed is shaking. Wet and humid toilet ”

“When I arrived they had sold my reservation without advising me. I had let them know of my late flight arrival from Dubai. This was at 3:00 AM when they made me look for another hotel. Why does Expedia support this hotel? VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.”

“After travelling through the amazing Wakhan Valley and staying at various Homestays with basic amenities, Serana Inn was a very welcoming respite for us. The room we stayed in was HUGE - it took 33 steps (we counted!) to walk from the bed t the bathroom. The garden and its compound was beautiful, and carefully taken care of. Breakfast was included in our rate, and it was a generous spread, with very good coffee. We can highly recommend this place. We arrived at the marvellous place dusty and...
