“In general, it was nice place to stay. There is no lobby-thing at all. There were one or two staff for the check-in and -out. Very small space of lobby for visitors. There is two vending machine in the lobby for snacks and drinks. BUT, it is NOT managed by hotel AT ALL. The machine was broken and did not pay back my money ($10) but staff said "call the customer service on the vending machine. It is not managed by us". No help, No support and care, No interest.”

“Took a solo trip, just me and my pup, and this was the perfect little cabin! It was a short driving distance to everything I wanted to do - Gatlinburg main strip, Pigeon Forge, Roaring Fork Motor Trail. Amenities included that I was appreciative for were a hair dryer, coffee pot, ice provided in the freezer, and TV that allowed connection to streaming apps. “The only reason I gave communication a 4 star is because we had a tiny bit of trouble getting ahold of someone when our code didn’t work to enter their property. Once we got ahold of them, the maintenance man arrived very quickly and got the problem resolved. He even went above and beyond by helping to get the plug in solution resolved so we could watch the UFC fights on our fire stick.
