“We stayed for 2 nights in the triple room and had the best time. Firstly the location is FAB! You couldn't get any closer to the beach. The room was comfy with a great sized bathroom. Lovely tea/coffee facilities in the room. The hotel staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We were celebrating my mums birthday and they decorated the room with a banner and we had a drinks voucher for the bar which was a lovely touch. The breakfast each day was perfect. So much choice with cold...

“Excellent hotel. Everything is well laid out and perfectly furnished from the elegant bathrooms to the welcoming rooms. Even the stairs are perfect with their quality wooden flooring. The whole building has a good feel to it. All the staff were superb. Warm, welcoming and helpful. The voucher for a cocktail in the basement bar was a delightful surprise. The basement bar with its Saturday DJ may be catering for the younger generation, but it was great fun, even for us with only few grey hairs...

“The owner was extremely helpful and friendly. They provided us with a cooked breakfast as well as a selection of cereals. Shenandoah House about 5 minutes walk from the beach and is close to local shops, restaurants and cafes. It is also within walking distance to the Turner Gallery and Dreamland. “Bright and cosy stay in a one bed flat in a small terraced house. Lively high ceilings and view to the sea through the baw windows. It's not a luxury hotel! - but was functional, clean and a great option for a weekend at a festival in neighbouring town Margate. Good prices, excellent communication, on-street parking and short stroll to the beach. ”
