“The property is a early 20th century house in the small downtown area of Scottsville, with easy access to Rochester, Henrietta, etc. The interior is wonderfully decorated including possibly early 19th century funiture, artwork, maps, etc. The layout is a dormitory-type of plan, with a shared kitchen, etc.”

“Room is dated and the rugs are in bad shape in the rooms.”

“Garage was left over from previous guest, room was not properly cleaned or maintained, could still some hair from previous guest in the sink and bathroom”

“So so.”

“I would say that this hotel is normal. But I would prefer to stay at different hotel next time”

“Very clean and comfortable.”

“The trash can by the breakfast area was full and tied shut but left in the can so that people just put more trash on top. You can’t see the hotel if you’re coming from the west. There’s no sign at the road and it’s hiding behind other buildings. The most unhelpful staff I’ve ever experienced at a hotel.”
