“This place is awesome. We weren't there much as it was parents weekend for RPI but it was so great to come back to a house with a hot tub and sauna. I thought we would use the pool table but the weekend ended up too busy to invite friends over. Super comfortable and beautiful.”

“Stayed at the sunshine Inn for one night on a visit to the Saratoga Battlefield. I chose it because it was close to the battlefield, even though it has the external look of a 1960s motel I was surprised to discover that the rooms had been updated nicely. The bed was comfortable and the room was immaculately clean. It was a delightful surprise. The rooms are on the small side, but adequate for a couple. I would stay there again.”

No one came to clean or check on the room during our two night stay. “The property was very dated... run down fixtures,, bathrooms.. sink and bathtub missing large areas of grout.. they were discolored by age and usage and very unpleasing...We received no maid service for the 3 nights we were there..no fresh linens nor any fresh towels. The parking lot and entrance ramp are dated and full of holes and uneven pavement and in need of repair....Therefore.. a poor rating is being nice...”
