"Food & desserts were 10/10. Kids activities were a 10/10. Clean and safe Entertainment 10/10 Their doctor's office isn't helpful; you have to pay for any service, as it's not included. The nurse refused to even check my son's ears for a possible infection. She was completely useless and couldn't perform basic tasks. Seeing a nurse is free, but the nurse acts more like a receptionist. If you need basic care, like checking a throat or ears, she has to call the doctor, who charges $100 for the visit. "

Great breakfast buffet with diverse food options. Very clean and cozy room. Free wifi throughout the whole place. Pool area was awesome! Excellent service and very clean. Italian dinner at the rooftop was world class. This is my new favorite place to vacation. We will be back next year! Thank you Swissotel!"
