“Clean well equiped room with ensuite. Shower over spa bath , need to be agile to get in and out. Bring your own breakfast. ”

“Right on the ski field (can literally walk out door and you are there). But Hotel in less than optimal condition: cracks in some windows on main doors, tired condition generally, rooms about a 3* condition. Bathroom poor condition (bath did not even drain properly - bath maybe installed on an angle?). Quite expensive for its quality. Not sure the high premium for staying there is worthwhile.”

“The property is well located and good quality, but out-dated and in some areas underwhelming given the price Staff are very welcoming, attentive and do a good job Areas of concern: the ski-storage area is undersized and agricultural given the class of hotel, with basic cages and no heating room or obvious place for changing and fitting skis other than in the main entry which is crowded and wet; the spas and pool facility is great but not available even for teenage kids which is not well...

“Great view over the Summit slopes. Lovely renovated room. The meals were excellent. Almost all staff were very friendly, even the foreign staff who were trying hard with their English. Negatives...the stairs! We were on the 5th floor from the entrance, which was a big ask for 60+ year old guests, especially after skiing. We had help with our suitcases though, which was great. Very strong young men very ably sprinted up and down the stairs with them. The water pressure was just a dribble in the...

“Property is run down and unclean. We were booked for 4 nights and left after 2. It was booked to celebrate a special moment and was terribly disappointing. Would not stay again. Would not recommend. The only positive part of the resort was the staff. They were more then amazing. ”
