“Location was great for our trip. Bedding was clean and comfortable. We wouldn't stay here again because there is no elevator. We didn't know that when we booked. My wife has bad back and was very hard for her to climb the stairs every time we came back for the night. The sink and shower drained very slowly. Maybe clogged or improper vent. “Dian was fabulous, so sweet when checking us in and telling us all we would need to know. There fresh coffee in the lobby and the next morning there was breakfast to go bags ready for anyone who may want one. The hotel and the room was clean. Smelled clean and was clean. The air conditioning worked well while it was 100 degrees outside. We would definitely recommend and will stay when we come back to visit family.”

“I have pictures of the room. The floor was filthy, sheets and pillow cases looked unchanged and dirty. The room had burn marks around the sink, on tub, toilet, on the table between the beds, and a burn hole on the bedspread so it was smoked in. We asked for non smoking room. There were dead bugs laying around. The toilet paper was rusted and couldn't hold toilet paper. There was part of a roll of toilet paper that had a yellow stain on it like it had gotten wet. “I paid for a non smoking room that was not provided lady told me to cancel because Expedia had my money. This was from April and I am yet to get my money back. I also had insurance and nothing they all a bunch of thieves working together. No accountability no one wants to take responsibility.”

“Timeless Victorian home, well maintained and very welcoming. The owners are very friendly, but not intrusive. Breakfast was delicious, served at our requested time. We appreciated the clawfoot bathtub, the high ceilings and natural woodwork throughout the home. We highly recommend this home for anyone staying in the Paris area.”
