Le personnel est aussi très sympathique et nous avons eu la chance de bénéficier d’un upgrade pour profiter pleinement de notre séjour. “Väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam personal. God frukost. Vi läste vissa tidigare recensioner och oroade oss över råttor, insekter, maskar i polen och myggor m.m innan vår vistelse. Myggorna är det enda som var ett problem, dock inte ett stort problem och personalen verkar ha en rutin för att få bort myggorna. “Das Highlight der Villa war der tolle Pool und der offene Wohnbereich. Der Bäder sind teilweise offen und etwas muffelig. Das Frühstück war leider wenig abwechslungsreich, man konnte zwischen 3 Pancake-Gerichten, Rührei und Nasi Goreng wählen. Kaffee gab es keinen, wenn dann man muss man ihn selbst machen. We opted for upsell to the 5 BR villa on check-in which looked lovely in the pictures, but were stuck with a villa that stunk of sewerage the whole time! “Très bel établissement, le personnel est juste incroyable. Ils font tout ce qu’ils peuvent pour vous faire passer le meilleur séjour possible. Rina et Putra sont simplement géniaux. Profitez à fond de votre temps sur place. Petit bémol extérieur à l’établissement : ne travaillez pas avec « agent Anto » pour réserver excursion ou billets de fast boat, il n’est pas fiable. ”

“If you are looking for something familiar with guys who are doing their best to make you feel home and comfortable you are right at this place. They were absolutely amazing with our two kids, loved to spend time with them and even aranged a child seat for the (new!) bikes. Breakfast was nice and especially the coffee was much better then in other accomodations.”
