“Hallway was dirty. Elevators did not work. Room was old and noisy. Bed and pullout couch were awful”

“Dirty room. House keeping came , and still was dirty. Stained bedding and pillows. Hair all over the bed & bathroom.”

“The management and staff took great care and making us feel welcome. There was a lot more there than I expected. This hotel definitely over delivers. I’ll be back.”

“This is one of the best hotels we've stayed at.”

“Stay here every time I got to Carlisle!!”

“Didn't try the breakfast but the coffee was good. Beds comfortable and very convenient location to Carlisle Fairgrounds. Staff were very nice.”

“Lits confortables et chambre spacieuse. Bons petits déjeuners et personnel très courtois! Petit bémol, notre salle de bain était vieille et sentait malheureusement la cigarette et le divan lit était brisé 😕”

“The was clean and provided the needed amenities to make my stay comfortable.”

“The room was dirty, there was blood on one of the sheets, and every issue that occurred, the staff had us come to the front desk to rectify the situation on our own. There were no wash cloths, only two towels when there was 3 people staying in the room...all around unacceptable. This was one of the worst stays I’ve ever experienced.”
