The property looks nice from outside, but needs repairs on the inside. Our window shade did not work at all, explained to front desk, but it was never fixed or attended to during our 5 day stay. Unless specifically requested, no cleaning or emptying of trash. Also we were on 5th floor and ice machine did not work. Also told gront desk and it was never fixed or were we told status. We had to use ice machine on 1st floor. Very inconvenient.

Broken deadbolt for door. Broken bathroom door. Pretty loud

I generally do not like to post reviews unless they are nice but this does need to be addressed. The hot tub jets DO NOT WORK, the pool area has not ventilation, that means the paint is peeling off the ceiling and walls. The staff was nice and when asked to replace non existing pool towels they put 5 towels out on the rack for a family of four. The Bartender though treated us very well and was attentive to our needs. Overall if you are staying for the family to use the pool as we were please place a reservation elsewhere.

The night shades were broken and i asked to get fixed because its like daylight in there at nighttime, nothing was done and did not move me to new room.

The edge of metal bar handle in the shower booth was sharp, so I got some minor injuries on top side of hand while I am showering. Everybody needs to be careful.

We had no wifi during our entire stay! The staff started calling the internet company on the second day but it still wasn’t fixed. Being a person coming from outside the country, internet is how you get around or even contact anyone. It was horrible. Had we not known anyone in the city, we would have been stranded in the hotel. I missed a lot of email, couldn’t do any work until I went home. They were not even apologetic, they said it was out of their hands. No refund was offered, we only got breakfast vouchers for our last day, as if that would help. Very disappointing stay.

We stayed there for 3 days and no one cleaned our room- ever. There was construction in the lobby area. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming.

They didnt have a large selection of drinks on the bar.. So I had 2 go to 7-11 It wasn't a great food selection either.. So I placed an online order to go get me food for the night

Unique and did NOT like if you stayed more than one night your room was not made up no fresh towels. I expect my room at any price to at least give me fresh towels, replace toiletry items and make up the bed.
