This was one of the nicest places I've been on a budget; very quiet. The rooms are nice and clean. The staff are also very nice and friendly. Definitely would book another stay if I have to be in the area again.

Check in went fine but when asked about a lower level room due to being handicapped they said that there isn't one clean so they wouldnt be able to accommodate but gave me a room on the 2nd floor. And said its just a few steps to go up. More like 15-20 steps but anyway. And the room was ok for what the price was . It was clean, the bathroom was clean and the only thing that there was a problem with is the refrigerator didnt work. But overall it was annok place to sray for a night and price was good!

Staff seemed super nice and accommodating. Hair found on washcloths in bathroom. Most of room clean, however, mattress itself (under pads) were a bit dirty. There was also a pillow cover that seemed to have makeup on it. That said, floors, sheets, sink and shower all seemed clean, if very used and worn out. I recommend this location if you are in need of a cheap, safe place to stay. However, expect it to be extremely bare bones and may have a few areas that have been missed while cleaning.

I was absolutely pleased with my stay at Motel 6 Farmington. I've stayed at a few Motel 6 locations, and always a consistently positive experience. What particularly drew me was the comment a reviewer made who said that he stays here regularly, and cited the staff friendliness. I was curious, and could not agree any more! I'd gladly stay here again. The desk manager was polite, efficient, helpful, courteous, and professional that I seldom see in any profession any more. He is so naturally good at it that he should be an instructor in hospitality management. The check in was quick and efficient, which is another added bonus when you arrive late in the evening after several hours of driving. I made contact with the maintenance staff and said "Good Morning", and received an enthusiastic, "Good morning, sir!" response. That really makes my day for people to be courteous and engage in polite pleasantries. The room is sparse, but functional, and just fine by my needs. I wanted a clean, convenient, safe, property where I could stay, and this was right on target, including in the lowly nightly room rate. There are some fast food restaurants that you could hypothetically walk to (across the busy road), so food is rather convenient. I'd happily return in the future!
